Coming up with a name or domain name for your product, service or offer should be a breeze but oftentimes, this is not the case as your mind may be overloaded with information, leading to indecision.
Thankfully we’ve got AI to help us out and in this brief post I’ll be showing you how to come up with a domain and offer names that are not only memorable but have corresponding available domain names using AI.
Table of Contents
You do have to keep in mind that while your first choice should always be a .com domain name, other options should be highly considered and depending on the offer/product other options may even be better like in the case of software as a service(SAAS). Here, .io, .ai, are better options and are even more memorable too because as you’d notice it is shorter by a single letter and relates more to the actual product/service offering.
Anyways back to our main topic… the steps to hunt down your dream domain name are outlined as straightforward as possible.
The 6 steps to hunt down the perfect domain name for your product or service is as follows:
Step 1: Head on to perplexity.ai in a new tab
Just to note you should already have an idea what your offer is about and what it is you actually want to sell as the product or service
So, head on to perplexity and signup for a free account.

Step 2: input the prompt as seen below
[My business/product is about {product description in detail} , give me a list of 40 suitable product names with corresponding domain names for it and make the domain names as short as possible.]
Example:
My business/product is about recyclable swimsuits for women aged 18-45, give me a list of 40 suitable product names with corresponding domain names for it and make the domain names as short as possible.
From the screenshot below you can see i did not put in an age range and i was prompted by perplexity to input an age range which i did and then you can see the corresponding results below
Pro tip: switch on the pro button on the input bar for better results, it’s free for a given number of times.

Step 3: check for the availability of the domain names provided
From the list of 40 unique names generated pick 5-10 that catch your fancy and simply click here to go to Namecheap and check for their availability before registering.
I’ve personally been using Namecheap for years now because of their included domain privacy for all my domain names at no extra cost and they usually have sale going on so if you’re a first time registrant, you’ll be getting some bonus offers.
Step 4: Check for domain name availability
Simply copy and input each of the selected names one by one to check for their availability. As you can see from the images below ‘ecpulse.com’ wasn’t available as it was registered in 2008 but ‘recyclerave.com’ is available and ready for purchase.
A few of them will be available and if you’re stuck between two roll a coin and between three or four roll a dice lol.

Step 5: domain reputation check
As an extra step before purchase, check for the domain reputation to ensure that you’re not purchasing a blacklisted domain that could cause unnecessary headaches. Simply go to easydmarc.com and input your domain. As you can see from the results below, it’s clean.

Step 6: register the domain
next step is to actually register the domain. use honey to snatch up some discounts as seen in the screenshots below. $10.46 before the discounts and after applying the discounts becomes $9.95.

And that will be it, goodluck with your offer launch!.
